ESI Solutions in Hickory, NC is seeking an Operator/Well Field Technician to operate Landfill Gas to RNG facilities and optimize gas collection. This hands-on role requires field maintenance, safety focus, and teamwork with Plant Operators and the RNG Operations team.
You will monitor equipment, diagnose issues, use SCADA and ODMS, and travel to support other plants. A background in plant operations, basic IT skills, DOT compliance, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds are needed.
