• Design and develop fiber ribbons and ribbon fiber cables within a manufacturing environment.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects while balancing daily operational tasks.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing personnel and cross-functional teams to drive development initiatives.
• Apply safety and quality best practices throughout product design and manufacturing processes.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and communicate assertively and professionally.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fiber optic cable manufacturing, specifically with fiber ribbons and ribbon fiber cable design.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within the U.S.
