Controls Engineer

Controls Engineer | Multiple NC Locations | Up to $145,000 Base + Bonus

I'm currently supporting a leading advanced manufacturing organisation that is investing heavily in automation and controls across multiple sites in North Carolina.

We're looking for Controls Engineers with strong industrial automation experience to join a growing engineering team supporting large-scale manufacturing operations.

This position can be based in Hickory, NC, with opportunities across other North Carolina locations for the right candidate.

Winston-Salem

Local candidates are preferred, although relocation assistance is available for candidates already based within the United States.

Band B:
Up to $122,000 Base

Band C:
Up to $145,000 Base

Salary will depend on experience, degree background, technical capability, and overall fit.

• Experience programming and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs
• Ability to support controls projects, upgrades, troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives

• SCADA experience
• Control Logix v20+ experience
• Ladder Logic programming
• VFDs, drives, motion control and industrial communications experience
• AutoCAD and electrical drawing interpretation

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or similar preferred
• Equivalent experience will also be considered depending on technical background and achievements
