Green Park Dentistry is seeking an energetic, caring and FUN Appointment Coordinator who is looking to glow-up their employment. Our Super Star Appointment Coordinator will be a team player who seeks to help others, is a natural learner and problem solver, thinks ahead, and can provide exceptional care and patient education.

We are a team-driven dental practice located close to downtown Hickory NC that was awarded 2023, 2024, ad 2025 Catawba Valley Best Place To Work. We pride ourselves in delivering effective, efficient, respectful dental care with integrity and accountability. We provide a wide range of care from preventative to full restorative and restore the human element back into dental care. Relationships are important to us, so we aim to preserve our team of diverse members who work well together, celebrate each other’s unique skill sets and respects each other’s differences.

Qualifications
  • You must have a pleasant personality, be a team player, and possess professional etiquette
  • Prior knowledge of OSHA/HIPAA requirements is helpful
  • Positive attitude and genuine love of people
  • Desire to be part of a team
  • Detail-oriented, including ability to follow step-by-step instructions and enter data accurately into the company's information management system
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude
  • Proven record of excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Proven ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Exceptional Customer service skills
  • Strong communication, organizational skills and time management
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be a High School graduate (or equivalent) and should have 2 years of related work experience in a healthcare setting, but not required.
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills and Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams) and the ability to learn our scheduling software
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, but not required.
