Provide feedback on daily scheduling, pre-registration and registration processes and staffing issues to the Patient Access Manager;
Assist staff level employees to ensure compliance with department policies and procedures;
Assist leadership with staffing, report reconciliation, QA process, and other duties assigned;
Assist in creating staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage;
Model AIDET guidelines in all patient interactions and ensure staff adherence to patient experience expectations
