Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of acute care experience. Requirements:
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
Health Trust Program - LifePoint Health and no current placement allowed at Program:

Shift & Scheduling:
Every Other Weekend 7 days maximum time off 1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission Driver’s license required
