Chesapeake Containment in Hickory, North Carolina is seeking an entry-level Help Desk Technician to be the first line of support for our users. You will troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT issues while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, resolving hardware/software problems, maintaining inventory and documentation, and escalating complex issues to senior technicians as needed. A path to CompTIA A+ certification is encouraged.
