About the Role

Feetures is hiring an IT Specialist to provide responsive, practical technology support and help keep our employees, systems, and devices working securely and efficiently. As a key member of the IT team, you will assist employees in person and remotely, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support business applications, and help maintain the technology resources our teams rely on every day.

You will also support laptop and mobile-device deployment, technology inventory, conference-room equipment, and the day-to-day administration of approved AI tools. Success requires more than technical knowledge: you will communicate clearly, follow issues through to resolution, protect confidential information, and know when to resolve a problem independently or elevate it to the appropriate IT partner.

What You’ll Own Employee Technology Support
  • Provide timely, friendly in-person and remote technical support to Feetures employees
  • Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, connectivity, account-access, and peripheral issues
  • Document issues and resolutions, upscale complex incidents appropriately, and follow through to ensure employees receive a complete resolution
Systems & Application Support
  • Review diagnostics and assess the functionality, efficiency, and reliability of company technology systems
  • Troubleshoot and maintain business applications and cloud-based solutions configured for Feetures’ operating environment
  • Assist with system testing, data verification, application updates, and the rollout of new technology capabilities
  • Support user accounts, permissions, onboarding, role changes, and offboarding in accordance with established procedures
Hardware & Asset Management
  • Image, configure, deploy, maintain, and recover laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and other employee technology
  • Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory records throughout the asset lifecycle
  • Support conference-room audiovisual equipment and help ensure shared technology is ready for meetings and events
  • Coordinate equipment repair, replacement, recycling, and vendor support as needed
Security & Responsible Technology Use
  • Help safeguard Feetures’ systems, files, and confidential information by following established security and access-control practices
  • Support security updates, device compliance, access reviews, and other routine controls under the direction of IT leadership
  • Recognize and promptly elevate potential security or privacy concerns while reinforcing responsible technology practices through clear employee guidance
AI Tool Administration & Enablement
  • Support the rollout and day-to-day administration of approved AI tools, including user onboarding, access controls, and basic troubleshooting
  • Monitor use against company policy and help employees understand appropriate, secure, and responsible AI practices
  • Assist with testing and documentation, and elevate data privacy, security, compliance, or tool-performance concerns to IT leadership
