- Be a Team Member:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate other associates, communicate effectively, and be flexible to meet business needs. - Be an Expert:
Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future production, support seasonality, adhere to food‑safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management, operate and sanitize equipment, and demonstrate product and layout execution. - Be a Techie:
Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and associate engagement; use handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, club pick‑up, training and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others. - Be an Owner:
Drive area performance, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date‑control standards, eliminate waste, provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs, assist members with purchases, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving concerns. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Act as a brand advocate, inspire others, maintain respectful, supportive, team‑oriented culture, and assist in training. - Comply with company policies, procedures and ethics; use the Open Door Policy and integrate into business processes.
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policy, data and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers and partners; identify priorities, deadlines and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to change and feedback.
- Minimum qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.
- Preferred qualifications
- Food Safety Certification.
- Food Service / Food Handler Certification.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00. Premiums may add up to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
