Supply Chain Agent

Summary of essential job functions:

• Maintain the inventory of all items where the buyernumber of the purchasing agent is set up as the responsible buyer in the ODOOitem brand screen
• Generating purchasing orders and stock transfers
• Maintaining reorder points and other purchasingrelated item or vendor master data
• Tracking of due and not delivered purchase orders
• Tracking of missing order confirmations
• Checking Backordered items and expediting deliveriesfrom Vendors
• Ordering Parts and Supplies for Maintenance
• Submitting purchase orders for Klingspor SAPsubsidiaries as CSV file (EDI process)
• Preparing and requesting all information for setting up new purchased items in ODOO
• Preparing and requesting all information for setting up new vendors in ODOO
• Requesting quotations from vendors
• Researching new potential vendors
• Meeting potential new or existing vendors
• Prepare Certificate of Origins forall supplies to Branch 150 (Tijuana)
• Administration of qualitycomplaints with vendors
• Set up and change of vendorcatalogs
• High School graduation, job experience in purchasing and knowledge of MS-Office and ODOO
• Abilities required
• Eithersit or stand for 2X4 hours per workday

• Monday to Friday
• Full-Time (8am-5pm)
