• Works as a team member with other Engineers in maintaining safe, efficient, and effective building operations.
• Assists in maintaining the smooth operation of the Engineering Department while providing service to all customers as needed.
• Give assistance in making inspections, repairs, and maintaining machinery.
• Gives assistance with mechanical equipment and building support systems.
• Performs maintenance service and or repairs as assigned.
• Works as a team member with the work order system and accepts assignments as directed by the Senior Engineer.
• Gives assistance with motors, pumps, conveyor belts, sterilizers, pneumatic tubing, HVAC, refrigeration equipment and medical gas delivery systems as assigned. Gives assistance with vendors as needed.
• Participates in quality improvement activities as assigned; assists with JCAHO compliance as required.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Specialized training, good mechanical skills
