We are seeking a skilled and detail orientated Production Development – Pattern and Spec Maker to join our domestic manufacturing team. This role plays a critical part in transforming design concepts into production ready patterns and specifications that ensure quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with inside upholstery, trim work, and pattern creation
