Carpenter Co. operates a 1st shift as a Baumer Operator (Operator
A) at our Longview, NC manufacturing plant. The role focuses on slitter operation to maximize material use with minimal trim, in a production environment with daily communication to Quality Control and management.
Position requires basic computer skills, ability to read a tape measure, forklift operation, and adherence to safety with a 6:00am–2:30pm shift. Competitive hourly pay and strong benefits are provided.
