Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources;
Understand produce quality processes and specifications and prepare/trim/package products according to standards;
Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to make decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind;
Drive area performance using perpetual inventory management to stock and rotate department products and eliminate waste;
Provide exceptional customer service and assist members with questions, while maintaining a clean, organized, and member-ready area.
