What you'll do as a Level I assembler teammate:
- Hands-on assembly:
Construct less complex tools, parts, and subassemblies by following blueprint specifications, assembly instructions, and approved SOPs. - Quality & documentation:
Verify part specifications using conventional measuring tools and fill out all production and quality forms to keep inventory accurate. - Equipment operation:
Faithfully complete glue applications, load parts into the laser engraver, and safely use standard manufacturing hand tools. - Production environment lifting:
Work in a dynamic shop environment (dust, grease, metal shavings) where you will stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs or more with a team lift.
What you'll bring as a preferred candidate:
- Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. - Experience:
Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, along with excellent hand-eye coordination. - Core skills:
Ability to read/comprehend technical specifications, attention to detail, strong safety mindset, and willingness to learn multi-tasking skills like basic brazing or soldering.
