Job Type: Temp to Hire We are looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join a growing manufacturing team in Hickory, NC! This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with small, precision components and take pride in producing high-quality work. You'll play an important role in assembling, inspecting, and packaging products in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment.

• Assemble small precision parts using manual and automated workstations
• Visually inspect components for defects using microscopes or inspection tools
• Measure parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality requirements
• Perform cleaning, testing, and packaging of finished products
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Follow written work instructions, quality procedures, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate quality or process concerns to supervisors or technicians

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Ability to work with small parts requiring fine motor skills
• Strong attention to detail and visual acuity to detect defects
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and data entry skills
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs

• Manufacturing, assembly, or inspection experience
• Experience using microscopes, measurement tools, or small hand tools
• Experience in a clean room or quality-driven manufacturing environment
