Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | 2-2-3 Schedule Starting Pay: $17.00/hour

• Assist with operating and monitoring production equipment
• Support machine changeovers and production runs
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Help troubleshoot minor equipment issues and clear jams
• Stack, pack, and prepare products for shipment
• Work closely with teammates to achieve production goals

• Previous manufacturing, machine operator, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Consistent work history and reliable attendance
• Ability to work in a hot, dusty manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
