Summary Description Reporting to the Department Manager, the Pouch Assistant plays a key role in ensuring efficient and accurate production and packaging of TOPPAN products. This position requires strong attendance, a commitment to quality, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and works well collaboratively to meet production goals.

What You’ll Be Doing Inspect and pack pouches from assigned machines to ensure products meet order specifications and quality standards

Operate all bag machines safely and efficiently

Follow all food safety and regulatory compliance requirements

Review production orders for accuracy and proper setup

Verify sealers are properly closed and functioning

Monitor strip rolls for proper placement

Record start counts and production data accurately

Work closely with Set-Up team members to confirm order accuracy and machine readiness

Perform minor machine adjustments including eye positioning, wicket pins, and lip/print alignment

Conduct regular quality checks and complete QC documentation as required

Build and label boxes with correct counts, machine numbers, and order details

Seal and move completed boxes according to order instructions

Complete end-of-order documentation accurately

Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate key information during shift transitions

Assist with physical inventory counts as directed
