What You’ll Do- Operate advanced CNC laser systems used for precision 3D laser cutting and automated robotic laser welding
- Load, position, and secure materials and components into laser equipment and precision welding fixtures
- Select approved production programs and verify the correct materials, tooling, fixtures, and documentation
- Monitor automated manufacturing cycles for machine performance and product quality
- Follow standardized work instructions while meeting production, quality, and scheduling expectations
- Cross-train across multiple laser technologies and production cells as your skills develop
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of manufacturing, fabrication, machining, CNC, laser processing, metal fabrication, automated production, or related industrial experience preferred
- CNC, 3D laser cutting, robotic welding, CNC fabrication, or other advanced manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn advanced manufacturing technology
- Ability to read basic blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and production documentation
- Ability to use tape measures, calipers, gauges, and other precision inspection tools
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to recognize quality concerns and communicate effectively with production and support teams
- Exposure to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, or Lean Manufacturing is a plus
