What You Will Do:- Operate assigned tube-bending and roll-forming equipment
- Review work orders, drawings, setup instructions, and standard work before beginning production
- Verify the correct raw materials, tooling, gauges, and production documentation
- Load, position, rotate, index, feed, or guide materials through equipment
- Complete standard machine setups, tooling changes, and operating adjustments after required training
- Monitor equipment throughout production and stop the process when safety, quality, tooling, or equipment conditions fall outside requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, metal fabrication, or related production experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work orders, part drawings, setup instructions, Control Plans, and standard work
- Ability to use tape measures, calipers, micrometers, gauges, computers, and basic hand tools
- Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and accurately recording production and inspection results
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail
