Assembly Associate

Job Description

Responsible for assembling, packaging, labeling, and preparing products or components for shipment while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Inspect assembled products for quality and accuracy.
• Pack, label, and prepare completed products for shipment.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Move inventory and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Report damaged materials, equipment problems, or quality issues to supervisors.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to the required weight limit.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Work Environment:
Fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment requiring physical activity, repetitive assembly tasks, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Typical Schedule: Full-time, with schedules varying by employer and shift.
