Coordinate and produce print and digital marketing assets for HICKORY CHAIR LLC, supporting campaigns, events, and sales enablement in Hickory, NC.
Responsibilities- Coordinate, design, and produce catalogs
, retail advertising, point-of-purchase (POP) items, and other printed materials - Partner with the Marketing Director to gather product information using the price list and other tools
- Collaborate with merchandising and product development teams to ensure accurate content
- Populate catalog templates, update copy, set type, and create clipping masks to silhouette photography
- Source stock photography as needed for catalog and marketing materials
- Prepare pages for printing and submit files to the Marketing Director for review prior to print
- Implement revisions, maintain production quality, and meet established deadlines
- Assist with catalog coordination and distribution to the sales force
- Create and provide digital catalog versions for posting on B2B and B2C websites
- Provide color-corrected images to eCommerce for web posting
- Create and post on-brand social media messaging after approval
- With direction from the Marketing Director, collaborate with merchandising, showroom designers, and other staff to deliver showroom visual graphics and related needs
- Create market invitations
- Design and/or update new POP items when available
- Develop, design, and produce sales rep and dealer handouts and forms
- Participate in marketing walkthroughs and sales force presentations to learn about products and collections
- Support planning and execution of HCC University events
- Produce training manuals, gift bags, and diplomas (make and frame) and other parting gifts
- Create content for company platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and Linked In
- Post approved content on schedule
- Review comments and requests and notify the appropriate departments
- Work with internal staff to develop advertisements for magazines, social, and the web
- Responsible for adding and updating Sales Aids Accounts
- With training, operate the internal digital printer and support other print-related tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Graphics, Marketing, or Communications
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and print production
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Applications and Adobe Creative Suite Applications
- Ability to work with supervision
- Self-motivated, organized, and deadline-oriented
