• Provide direct nursing care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and documentation
• Supervise and support CNAs
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, resident-centered care

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license
