Position: RN Weekend Supervisor Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of one (1) year of Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and facility policies
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered
- Perform resident assessments and accurately document findings
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants and licensed nursing staff
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, residents, and family members as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
- Promote a positive, team-focused environment while maintaining high standards of resident care
