Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care, oversee clinical operations during your shift, and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care. You will serve as a leader and resource for nursing staff while promoting a culture of compassion, teamwork, and excellence.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, residents' families, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to resident needs, emergencies, and clinical concerns.
  • Participate in care planning and resident assessments.
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
  • Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

    Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
