Position SummaryAs a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional resident care while leading and supporting nursing staff. You will help ensure residents receive compassionate, individualized care in a safe and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care.
- Complete resident assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
- Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing personnel.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
- Promote a positive and resident-centered care environment.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current, active, and unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional resident care.
