JUNE 22nd JULY 20th AUGUST 3rd, AUGUST 17th, AUGUST 31st SEPTEMBER 14th, SEPTEMBER 28th OCTOBER 12th, OCTOBER 26th NOVEMBER 9th, NOVEMBER 16th DECEMBER 7th CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EITHER CPI OR HWC TO BE CONSIDERED Duke Lifepoint Hospital 355 beds Home to the Frye Regional Brain Center, Cancer Center, Heart Center, Lung Center, Orthopedics, General & Vascular Surgery, Surgical Weight Loss, Women's Center, and Level 3 NICU 32 bed ED, 29 bed inpatient rehab, 15 bed surgical suite & imaging Frye South Campus comprises of an 81 bed adult Behavioral Health Hospital
