Registered Nurse (RN), Telemetry—PRN

Schedule:

12 hour shifts 7a-7p, 7p-7a, 24 bed unit.

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate Quality Improvement assessments.

• Current state Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Basic Life Support/ACLS certification required within 90 days (3 months) of hire.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
