As a New Graduate RN, you'll be supported every step of the way as you begin your nursing career. Our evidence-based Nurse Residency Program provides hands‑on, structured support to help you transition from a new graduate to a confident, competent registered nurse.
You will be automatically enrolled in our comprehensive 12‑month program, structured across three key phases:
clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development
. Each phase is thoughtfully designed to guide your growth, strengthen your skills, and build confidence in delivering patient care.
- Paid participation throughout all phases of the program
- Flexible, self‑paced learning through engaging modules and knowledge checks
- Dedicated one‑on‑one support from a trained preceptor to help you build clinical skills and transition to managing your own patient assignments
- Exposure to key topics such as patient safety, communication, healthcare business, and change management
- Completion of a Capstone project focused on evidence‑based practice, with guidance and support every step of the way
- Demonstrates a commitment to patient‑centered care by performing comprehensive assessments, identifying patient needs, and initiating appropriate interventions.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and team members to deliver safe, high‑quality care.
- Exhibits adaptability and resilience while effectively managing time and prioritizing patient care in a fast‑paced environment.
- Shows curiosity and a willingness to learn by asking questions, seeking feedback, and continuously building clinical knowledge and confidence.
