As a Nurse Extern, you will become an integral part of our nursing team, gaining hands-on experience in a supportive environment. You'll have the opportunity to deliver compassionate care, improving patient outcomes while building your skills in preparation for your future nursing career.

• Assisting patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), monitoring vital signs, and ensuring patient comfort and hygiene.
• Performing essential nursing tasks such as wound care, catheter care, and specimen collection, gradually increasing your responsibilities.
• Documenting patient care accurately and communicating updates promptly with the nursing team.
• Guiding patients and families in understanding care plans and supporting their recovery journeys.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and managing medical equipment.
• Engaging in learning opportunities, sharing ideas to enhance care, and coordinating with supervisors to develop your career plan.

• Must obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
• Currently enrolled in and maintaining good standing in an accredited nursing program.
• CNA certification is required.
