The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating all unit functions. In collaboration with the management team, the CNC oversees and evaluates nursing care in line with established policies and is a vital resource for staff, enhancing the patient experience.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to customize and provide exceptional patient care.
• Facilitate admission and discharge processes.
• Work with experts and leadership to drive improved patient outcomes and services.
• Provide coaching and training to optimize staff performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling to ensure optimal unit operations.

• Experience: Minimum of one year of RN experience required.
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing required, or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with completion within 5 years of hire. Exceptions apply for RNs with over 10 years of experience.
• Preferred Education: A Master's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Licensure: Current RN license with the North Carolina Board of Nursing required. Verify eligibility for eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) with NCBON.
