Role and Responsibilities- Conduct detailed assessments of patient conditions at the start of care and throughout your shifts, ensuring any changes are communicated quickly.
- Administer treatments and document all care activities meticulously.
- Provide exceptional and prompt response to patient needs, actively anticipating and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and manage treatment plans that support patient recovery.
- Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and community services to ensure continuous and coordinated care for patients.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or currently enrolled in a BSN program with the intention of completion within five years). Those with extensive nursing experience may be exempted under certain conditions.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse as required by the North Carolina Board of Nursing; eNLC licenses may apply.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience is required.
