In this leadership role, you will facilitate the delivery of professional nursing care focusing on patient comfort and well‑being. You will use the nursing process for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, while delegating and supervising nursing functions as needed.

  Education:
  
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or commitment to achieve a BSN within 5 years of hire. Grandfathering exceptions will be accepted.
• Preferred Education: Masters in Nursing
• Required License/
  
  Certifications:
  
  Current Registered Nurse license with the North Carolina Board of Nursing or eNLC license. BLS Healthcare Provider certification is also required.
• Preferred License/
  
  Certifications:
  
  National Certification in your specialty area.
• Required Experience: Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
