In this dynamic position, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with medical professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans. You will advocate for patients, addressing their needs and guiding them through their healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities include:- Assessing patient conditions during admission and throughout your shifts.
- Performing medical procedures and thorough documentation of patient care.
- Administering medications and monitoring for therapeutic responses.
- Educating patients and families about medical conditions and treatment plans.
- Required:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within 5 years. - Current RN license in North Carolina or eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact).
- Minimum one year of nursing experience.
- Preferred:
National certification in a nursing specialty.
