Frye Regional Medical Center is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct patient care under the supervision and delegation of a registered nurse in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.

Under the direction of an RN, you will contribute to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN.

Provide direct patient care under RN supervision; collect data for RN assessment; maintain patient care records; assist with basic nursing tasks; respond to patient needs in a timely manner.

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous clinical experience: a plus.

Required Skills: critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required;
Current LPN license in state of NC required.
