Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.
Providers work independently as the sole clinical provider, managing acute and episodic conditions with support from clinical protocols, a dedicated team, and leadership access.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, treating patients, performing procedures, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and documenting care.
Schedule:
3 shifts/week, rotating weekends, no on-call, with flexible self-scheduling and opportunities for extra hours with overtime pay.
Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with annual earnings estimated at $103K–$131K, plus incentives and bonuses. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, malpractice coverage, student loan assistance, CME allowance, and more.
Qualifications:
Active NC license, BLS/ACLS, 1+ years urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred. Opportunities for growth within the network, including training, mentorship, and cross-location shifts.
