Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN - Internal Medicine

Responsibilities

Under the direction of a registered nurse, provide direct patient care to patients in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Contribute to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
• Critical‑thinking skills, decisive judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina.
