NICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

3x12 Hour Night Shift (19:00 - 07:00) with the option to flex to a 4th shift if needed/available.

We are seeking experienced NICU Level III and/or Level IV Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality care to neonates and infants in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will work a minimum of every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with potential block schedule requests considered.

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the NICU.
• Manage patient care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Utilize ventilator management techniques including AC, PC, SIMV, CPAP, BIPAP, and PEEP.
• Document patient progress and care in the Meditech EMR system.

• NC State or Compact Licensure required.
• Current certifications in BLS, NRP, and STABLE are necessary.
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience required.
• Experience with ventilator management strongly preferred.
• Candidates must include a Qualivis Cover Sheet and a current NURSYS report with their application.
