What You’ll Do

Provide expert neonatal care to infants in a Level 2 NICU setting
Work a 24-hour shift requiring on-site presence without callback responsibilities
Collaborate with NICU team members to develop and implement patient care plans
Monitor infants’ vital signs, administer treatments, and coordinate care with physicians
Document patient information accurately in medical records
Respond to neonatal emergencies as needed
Maintain compliance with facility policies and standards

What You Need

Active Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina
Neonatal or pediatric experience, preferably in a NICU setting
Ability to work a 24-hour shift with on-site requirements
Strong communication and teamwork skills
BLS/ACLS certification (if required by facility)
