Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Employee Health, Full time: PRN Monday‑Friday. Oversees employee health onboarding and maintains current employee health files. Monitors annual PPDs, vaccines, and respirator fittings. Tracks work‑related illnesses, injury, and blood borne pathogen exposures. Community or Health employee health background preferred.
Essential Functions- Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements of the organization.
- Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
- Integrates evidence‑based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
Review and comply with LifePoint Code of Conduct and all relevant Company and Division policies and procedures.
Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications- Basic Life Support (BLS)
Current LPN license in the state of NC.
Minimum EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
