Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Rehabilitation
Fulltime:
Nights
$20,000 Sign on bonus eligible
Schedule3 12‑hour shifts
7 p – 7 a
Essential Functions- Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care.
- Documents patient care provided.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assists patients with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Acts as an advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.
- Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
- Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provides care appropriate to the patient’s condition and age.
- Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
- Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
- Performs timely and accurate QI assessments.

Applicants should have a current state RN license.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
- One year of experience preferred.
