Care Partners in Hickory, NC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our PACE team. You will provide holistic, participant-centered care to older adults while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.
– 4:30 p.m., with eligibility for a sign-on bonus. Requirements include a BSN with RN and BLS, plus First Aid certification, and at least 1 year of experience with frail or elderly patients.
