Registered Nurse (RN) Behavioral Health Intake – Fulltime:
Nights. Salary: $20,000 plus sign‑on bonus eligible with a 2‑year commitment.

The primary responsibility is to review clinical documentation from referrals and accept patients. In this fast‑paced environment, the ability to gather information and make a determination in less than 15 minutes is standard.

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments.

• License:
  Current Registered Nurse to practice/work in the state of North Carolina.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Handle With Care certification required within 30 days of hire.
• One (1) year of psych experience required.
• One (1) year of intake experience preferred but not required.
