Responsibilities- Oversees employee health onboarding requirements and maintains current employee health files.
- Monitors annual PPDs, vaccines, and respirator fittings.
- Tracks work‑related illnesses, injuries, and blood‑borne pathogen exposures.
- Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
- Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
- Integrates evidence‑based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
- Reviews and complies with LifePoint Code of Conduct and all relevant Company and Division policies and procedures.
Community or health employee health background preferred.

WhatWe’re Looking For
Minimum Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Capacity to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Current LPN license in the state of NC.
