As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provides direct patient care to patients in accordance with
applicable scope and standards of practice.

Whatwe're looking for
Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
CertificationsBasic Life Support (BLS)
Licenses:
Current LPN license in state of NC
- 1 year Electronic Medical Records experience
- 1 year Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) experience
- 1 year quality review/ quality management experience
- 3 years ambulatory care experience (Preferred)
Active North Carolina LPN license (single-state) or compact required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins
