Role Overview

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and oversees unit operations during their shift.

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow and care quality.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with management to ensure standards are met.
• Support a teamwork environment, promote a patient-first philosophy, and engage in service recovery when needed.
• Participate in staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
• Manage staff scheduling, supplies, and inventory to meet patient care needs.
• Act as a resource for staff, model organizational values, and support clinical outcomes.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
