Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) Location

Hickory, NC

This is a 13-week contract position.

6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality surgical care to patients in the operating room setting. The successful candidate will work closely with surgical teams and must possess the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Deliver nursing care to surgical patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain the operating room and required equipment.
• Assist in surgical procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort during surgery.
• Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after surgery.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.

• Current RN license (ADN or BSN) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the operating room.
• Experience in Orthopedics or Neurosurgery is preferred.
• Ability to work on call during weekends (7 days per month, including Fri, Sat, and Sun).
