** What You'll Do*
* As an Assistant Manager, you'll help lead daily restaurant operations while supporting and developing the team.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead shifts to ensure smooth, efficient operations

- Deliver excellent guest service and uphold brand standards

- Train, coach, and recognize team members

- Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness

- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Ensure strong speed of service while maintaining hospitality

- Oversee kitchen organization and appearance

- Follow preparation, production, and food safety procedures

- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment

** What We're Looking For*
* - 1+ years of restaurant leadership or management experience preferred

- Strong communication and coaching skills

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including opening and closing shifts
