As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help lead daily restaurant operations while supporting and developing the team.

• Lead shifts to ensure smooth, efficient operations
• Deliver excellent guest service and uphold brand standards
• Train, coach, and recognize team members
• Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Ensure strong speed of service while maintaining hospitality
• Oversee kitchen organization and appearance
• Follow preparation, production, and food safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment

• Communicate clearly and consistently with team members
• Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable
• Build strong working relationships across a diverse team
• Lead with a sense of urgency, professionalism, and positivity
• Think critically and solve problems effectively
• Support a culture focused on teamwork, quality, and guest satisfaction

• Weekly inventory counts and product management
• Accurate ordering and transfer logs Maintain a clean and organized production environment
• Support preventative maintenance and scheduled cleaning tasks
• Troubleshoot minor equipment or facility issues as needed
• Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback to team members

• 1+ years of restaurant leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced setting
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including opening and closing shifts
