Job Description
- Responsible for stocking, maintenance, general cleaning and sanitation of the test kitchen.
- Handles daily employee salad bar/meal maintenance, prepping, serving and clean up.
- Coordinates with customer service and warehouse to make sure all product requirements for the kitchen/chef are arranged and delivered as needed.
- Assist marketing with all sales meetings, test kitchen visits, food shows and employee meals.
- Handles multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prepare, communicate, and distribute and process promotional and superseding information to team members, appropriate departments, YUM management teams, and other OP-Cos on a weekly basis.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience working in a restaurant kitchen environment
